About the event
Workshop facilitators: Mahsa Nejadfallah and Danial Baharloo
Target group: Young people Maximum number of participants: 15
CONTENT:
How does social media work, and what impact does the content we encounter every day have on us? In this workshop, young people between the ages of 8 and 21 will actively and creatively explore social media, digital content, and democratic education.
Together, the participants will analyse different types of social media content and learn to better understand their impact, messages, and potential forms of manipulation. They will also learn how to critically assess information, recognise different perspectives, and navigate social media safely and independently.
The active involvement of the young participants is a central part of the workshop. Their own ideas, experiences, and interests will help shape the activities. Participants will develop their own content and have the opportunity to express themselves creatively, for example by producing social media posts, videos, or other media formats.
